Candidates seeking admission for
Professional courses may apply either through application form or by
online submission (http://www.centacprof.net.in).
Applications should not be interchanged
among the candidates or categories. Application forms meant for SC/ST
candidates must be used only by those candidates. If other category
candidates use those applications, their application will be rejected.
All photographs used for identification purpose shall be the prints from
the same negative until the admission of the candidate is over. It is
advised that sufficient number of copies of the photographs may be kept
in reserve to meet any situation like the one described above that may
arise any time in future. Passport size photograph to be pasted with due
attestation on the application form / online application print out.

online application print out for admission along with all necessary
enclosures should be sent in the prescribed envelope to

reach latest by 22.06.2011, 5.00 P.M
In case of delay in the declaration of the qualifying examinations
results i.e. after 22.06.2011 by any H.Sc. Board, the candidates from
that Board need not wait for the result, but submit the admission
applications at CENTAC office on or before 22/06/2011 - 5.00 PM
CENTAC will not be responsible for
postal or any other delay.
Applications received after the due
date and time will summarily be rejected and no further correspondence
will be entertained in this regard.
The
certificates of Nationality, Community, Residence, Income, Nativity, Service,
Home town declaration, Regional Reservation /Special allocation claim need to be
obtained from the respective competent authorities in the prescribed formats
(Recently obtained and valid Certificates only will be considered). Candidates
claiming admission under special regional allocation should obtain necessary
certificates from the competent authorities in the format prescribed and given
in Annexure - III.
Original
certificates should not be enclosed along with the application form. Only
attested copies of the certificates (Write the application number on the right
side top of all the certificates) need to be enclosed with the application form.
At the time of the counseling all the original certificates need to be produced
for verification.
Applications which are incomplete, defective will be summarily rejected and no
correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
Candidates are advised to go through the specific instructions / guidelines
and Sample Sheets to fill the application form /Annexure Sheets /Coding Sheets
given in the Information Bulletin, before filling the application form for
admission. Candidates are also advised to carefully go through the check list in
the application form for admission and ensure that all copies of required
documents have been enclosed and then mailed to the Convenor, CENTAC.
Note: (i) Write the 'application
number' in all the enclosures sent along with the application form.
(ii) Candidates applying through online should write the automatically generated
application number in all the enclosures while sending the online print out.
(iii) Once “registration number-JAC Number' has been allotted, it shall be
quoted in all future correspondence, without which, due attention may not be
given thereto.
