5. FEE STRUCTURE:

a) College Fees (2011- 2012): Will be informed at the time of counseling.

b) If a student discontinues the course completely, only the college deposit and library deposit will be refunded. The College / Library deposit have to be claimed within a year of their discontinuing / completing the course, otherwise, it will not be refunded.

c) Fees payable to the University: Registration fee, Matriculation fee, Recognition fee, University development fee and Sports fee shall be paid as prescribed by the Pondicherry University. (Approx. 1600/-).

d) Examination Fee: University / College examination fee shall be paid as prescribed by the University / College.

e) Hostel Fees and Deposits: Separate hostels for boys and girls are available and the fees are as follows.

1. For single occupancy : 25,000/p.a. (attached bath)
2. For single occupancy in double room : 20,000/p.a. (Non - attached)
3. For double occupancy in double room : 10,000/p.a. (per head)
4. Utility Charges : 10,000/p.a. (per head)
5. Deposit : 10,000/p.a. (Refundable)

Note: If a student vacates the hostel room, rent and utility charges will be deducted on proportional monthly basis.

b) Five (5) seats are available for NRI /NRI sponsored/Foreign students.
c) Six (6) seats allotted to All India Quota will be filled by All India Pre-Medical and Pre-Dental Test through CBSE to be sent by DGHS, Government of India, New Delhi.
d) Special Regional Allocation (Applicable to the candidates of UT of Puducherry only)) : For number of seats and eligibility criteria, refer to the Table given under Item No. 5.1 and Item No. 5.1.7 in the Information Bulletin.
e) Out of the sanctioned intake of 40 seats, 5 seats have been allotted to NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign Students. In the event of any vacancies allotted for NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign Students, they will be surrendered to state quota which will be filled by CENTAC. Govt. of Puducherry. Note : If any candidate (NRI/ NRI sponsored/Foreign student)) fails to join the course or discontinues the course at any time, the fees once paid will not be refunded in any case and they will get their certificates back only after paying the fees for the remaining part of the Course.
